Learning To Read

As part of our morning skills block, we practice reading high frequency words. Check out our video to watch a fun way to practice reading with your child at home.

That is such a great idea. I have always wanted to learn more about why putting something to music help us learn it faster. You can put anything into a song and it becomes so much easier to learn. Think about it...when you hear a song that you haven't heard for years come on the radio, all of the sudden you know every word and it brings you back to a certain time in your life. Crazy. Maybe your students will be singing this song for years to come:)

This such a great way for the children to learn sight words..
I hear my son sing this song along with the rest of the songs..
